Social Media Manager (NYSC) at Reverse Aesthetics Limited

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative, energetic, and digitally savvy NYSC Corps Member to join our team as a Social Media Manager / Content Creator. This opportunity is ideal for a corps member seeking a Primary Place of Assignment (PPA) and looking to gain hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing, and brand growth.

The successful candidate will help create engaging content, manage our online presence, grow audience engagement, and support digital advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the clinic's social media accounts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Snapchat, and YouTube.
• Create engaging content including reels, TikTok videos, stories, graphics, and educational posts.
• Shoot photo and video content within the clinic.
• Edit videos professionally for social media platforms.
• Assist with content planning and monthly content calendars.
• Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for brand visibility.
• Design simple promotional graphics and social media creatives.
• Schedule and publish content across various platforms.
• Respond to messages, comments, and online inquiries when required.
• Assist with social media campaigns and promotional activities.
• Support the execution of Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide basic reports and insights.
• Work closely with clinic staff to capture treatments, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content.

Requirements & Skills

• Must be a serving NYSC Corps Member seeking a Primary Place of Assignment (PPA).
• Must possess OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in any relevant discipline.
• Strong interest in social media, content creation, and digital marketing.
• Must have basic to intermediate video editing skills.
• Good communication and content writing skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience managing a social media page is an advantage.

Proficiency in Any of the Following:

• Canva
• CapCut
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• InShot
• Lightroom
• Meta Business Suite
• Facebook Ads Manager
• Google Workspace / Microsoft Office

Added Advantage

• Experience creating reels and TikTok content.
• Knowledge of running Facebook and Instagram ads.
• Previous content creation, photography, videography, or social media management experience.
• Interest in beauty, aesthetics, skincare, wellness, or healthcare marketing.
