Learning and Development Manager at African Industries Group (AIG)

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule training programs, workshops, and development initiatives.
• Support the implementation of learning and development strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Maintain accurate training records and employee learning databases.
• Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and provide reports where required.
• Liaise with internal departments and external training providers to organize learning activities.
• Support onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
• Ensure training materials and resources are properly prepared and distributed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8 - 10 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, or training coordination.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to manage multiple training activities and stakeholders effectively.
• Knowledge of training evaluation methods will be an added advantage.
