Lead, Change Management & Agile Transformation

    Job Summary

    • As the Lead, Change Management & Agile Transformation, you are the cultural architect of this client project. You will rewire our operational DNA and champion a comprehensive cultural and methodological shift across key client departments. This pivotal role will shape strategies, frameworks, and execution plans to embed agile principles and accelerate sustainable organisational change.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design and implement holistic change management frameworks tailored to client needs, integrating agile methodologies and best-in-class strategies.
    • Engage and educate leaders, managers, and teams on the benefits of agile adoption, ensuring buy-in across diverse stakeholders.
    • Develop and facilitate dynamic workshops, training sessions, and communications to drive culture change and knowledge transfer.
    • Assess organisational readiness, barriers to change, and create actionable improvement roadmaps.
    • Lead cross-functional transformation teams; mentor and coach department leads through adaptive cycles of change.
    • Utilise people analytics to measure progress, identify risks, and calibrate interventions for sustained impact.
    • Collaborate closely with project sponsors and executive leadership to align transformation initiatives with strategic goals.
    • Promote continuous improvement, encourage innovation, and ensure best practices are embedded throughout project lifecycle.
    • Track, monitor, and report change metrics, employee engagement scores, and transformation ROI.

    Educational Requirements

    • A degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
    • Professional certification (e.g., PROSCI Change Management, ACMP, Agile Leadership Certification) is required. A postgraduate degree is an added advantage.

    Knowledge, Skills, & Experience.

    • At least 10 years experience in organisational development and complex transformations, with at least 3 years in a clear leadership role where you were the primary architect of a major change initiative.
    • Certified expert in formal change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter) and can articulate their business value, not just the theory.
    • Deep, practical knowledge of scaling Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale) far beyond a single team. You understand how to apply Agile principles to non-technical departments.
    • Demonstrated success in designing and delivering large-scale organisational transformations.
    • Exceptional ability to influence, communicate, and build trust at all levels, including C-suite executives.
    • Proficiency in stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, and process optimisation.
    • Analytical mindset: skilled in data-driven decision making and performance tracking.
    • Proven track record of fostering a culture of creativity, adaptability, and operational excellence.
