Marketing/Sales Executive at BloomShell Fiberglass Manufacturing Company

BloomShell Fiberglass Manufacturing Limited is seeking a proactive and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, marketing our fiberglass products both online and offline, and ensuring consistent business growth.

This role requires a confident communicator who can close deals, follow up on leads, and actively promote the company’s products to individuals, resellers, interior designers, hotels, and corporate organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and meet monthly revenue targets
• Attend to walk-in customers and convert inquiries into sales
• Actively follow up on leads and pending payments
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new customers
• Promote products via Instagram, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms
• Create basic content (photos/videos) for online marketing
• Identify and approach potential resellers, wholesalers, and corporate clients
• Conduct field marketing when necessary
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure excellent service delivery
• Provide regular sales and marketing performance reports
