• Proper Verification of all clients/client guarantors, disburse and go for installment/savings collections daily.
• Analyze client’s financial status to determine if loan should be granted.
• Go on loan recoveries
• Preparation of documents for disbursement of loans.
• Responsible in acquisition and management of loans and savings portfolio; Loan initiation, processing, monitoring and repayment.
• Conduct a thorough loan analysis to ascertain customer’s payment capacity and willingness; evaluate the credit risk before recommending to Credit Committee/management.
• Ensure each loan disbursed are in compliance with bank’s  lending procedures and  policies
• Prepare and present report as assigned by your Managing Director.

Requirements

• 2 years experience working as Credit Officer  in a micro finance bank (junior)
• First degree in Social or Management Sciences
