Islamic Customer Service / Retail Sales Rep at West Africa Vocational Education (WAVE)

Job Summary:

Our client, a growing Islamic retail organization, is looking to hire a Customer Service / Retail Representative for their branches in Lekki and Ikeja. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service orientation and be committed to delivering a seamless retail experience. This role involves engaging with walk-in customers, supporting day-to-day retail operations, and maintaining a professional and welcoming store environment.

Salary: ₦100,000

Working Days & Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 9 AM – 6 PM
• Alternate Saturdays & Public Holidays: 10 AM – 6 PM

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and assist customers in a warm and professional manner
• Attend to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Handle transactions, returns, and customer feedback
• Maintain a tidy and organized store environment
• Uphold excellent customer service standards at all times
• Support general retail and administrative tasks as needed

REQUIREMENTS

• B.Sc. or HND in any relevant field
• Candidates who understand and are comfortable working in an Islamic retail environment are encouraged to apply
• 1–2 years of experience in a customer service or retail role (experience in fashion or lifestyle retail is a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Neat and professional appearance
• Basic computer literacy (POS systems, email, spreadsheets, etc.)
