    Islamic Customer Service / Retail Sales Rep

    Job Summary:

    Our client, a growing Islamic retail organization, is looking to hire a Customer Service / Retail Representative for their branches in Lekki and Ikeja. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service orientation and be committed to delivering a seamless retail experience. This role involves engaging with walk-in customers, supporting day-to-day retail operations, and maintaining a professional and welcoming store environment.

    Salary: ₦100,000

    Working Days & Hours:

    • Monday to Friday: 9 AM – 6 PM
    • Alternate Saturdays & Public Holidays: 10 AM – 6 PM

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Greet and assist customers in a warm and professional manner
    • Attend to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
    • Provide accurate information about products and services
    • Handle transactions, returns, and customer feedback
    • Maintain a tidy and organized store environment
    • Uphold excellent customer service standards at all times
    • Support general retail and administrative tasks as needed

    REQUIREMENTS

    • B.Sc. or HND in any relevant field

    Office Coordinator / Front Desk Officer

    Job Description:

    Our client, a dynamic organization located in Ogba, Lagos, is seeking to hire a highly organized and experienced Office Coordinator / Front Desk Officer to provide comprehensive administrative and front desk support. This is a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations and delivering exceptional service to both internal teams and external guests. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    Salary: ₦120,000 – ₦180,000
    Working Terms: Full-time, On-site (Monday – Friday)

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Executive Support

    • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
    • Prepare and submit expense reports and track project timelines.
    • Take and transcribe management meeting minutes.
    • Assist with project coordination and progress tracking.
    • Draft, edit, and manage official documents, reports, and presentations.
    • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
    • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
    • Answer, screen, and direct calls, emails, and enquiries appropriately.
    • Manage visitor logs and provide support to all guests and staff.
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and front office area.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
    • Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
    • Maintain and update filing systems (both digital and physical), contact lists, and databases.
    • Manage office supply inventory and equipment, ensuring availability and proper maintenance.
    • Coordinate internal office events and team activities.
    • Assist with general bookkeeping tasks and other ad-hoc administrative duties as required.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a similar administrative or office coordination role.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual communication tools (Teams, Zoom).
    • Outstanding organizational, multitasking, and time-management sk ills.
    • Ability to take initiative, work independently, and collaboratively as part of a team.
    • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
    • Calm, courteous, and professional demeanor, especially under pressure.
    • Familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, fax machines, etc.).

    QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION

    In-Store Sales Rep

    Job Summary:

    Our client, a reputable and growing jewellery brand, is hiring Customer Service / Retail Representatives for their retail outlets in Lekki and Ikeja. This role requires excellent communication, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience. Candidates must be professional, technically competent, and flexible with shift-based work.

    Internship opportunities are also available for candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in retail.

    Salary: ₦75,000 monthly 

    Transportation allowance : ₦15,000  

    Working Days & Hours:

    • Monday – Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Shift-based)
    • 2 Sundays per month (as scheduled; flexible)

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Welcome and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude
    • Respond to inquiries in-store, via phone, email
    • Process sales, returns, and resolve basic customer issues
    • Keep the store organized, clean, and visually appealing
    • Support daily store operations, stock management, and admin tasks
    • Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism

    REQUIREMENTS

    • OND /HND  in any relevant discipline
    • 1–2 years of experience in customer service or retail 
    • Excellent communication and diction
    • Technically competent (POS, emails, spreadsheets, etc.)
    • Well-groomed and professional appearance
    • Must be willing to work shifts and weekends as required
    • Reside within a reasonable distance from Lekki or Ikeja
