Job Summary

• We are looking for a smart, responsible, and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our pharmaceutical shop.
• The ideal candidate will assist customers, handle sales transactions, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining accurate records of products and inventory.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to customers and recommend appropriate pharmaceutical products.
• Process sales and handle payments (cash, transfers).
• Maintain proper arrangement and cleanliness of products on shelves.
• Monitor stock levels and report low stock to management.
• Assist in inventory counting and record keeping.
• Provide basic information about products to customers.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and safety standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE / OND / HND in any related field.
• Previous experience in a pharmacy or retail shop is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products is an added advantage.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be honest, organized, and customer-friendly.
