Marketing Strategy and Planning
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies aligned with the Company's business objectives.
- Develop annual and periodic marketing plans, campaigns and activities.
- Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness and strengthen the Company's market position.
- Support the development of marketing budgets and monitor expenditure against approved plans.
- Conduct periodic reviews of marketing activities and recommend improvements.
Market Research and Business Intelligence
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends and market opportunities.
- Monitor competitors and analyse their products, services, pricing, positioning and marketing activities.
- Identify emerging opportunities within the power, energy and industrial sectors.
- Prepare market intelligence reports and provide actionable recommendations to Management.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of existing and prospective customers.
Lead Generation and Customer Development
- Generate and qualify leads from identified target markets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Support the conversion of qualified leads into business opportunities.
- Work closely with the Commercial/Business Development team to follow up on prospects and opportunities.
- Participate in customer meetings, presentations, exhibitions and business development activities.
- Maintain appropriate records of leads, customer interactions and business opportunities.
Digital Marketing and Social Media
- Manage the Company's digital marketing activities and social media platforms.
- Develop engaging and professional content for the Company's website, social media and other digital channels.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.
- Monitor digital engagement, traffic, leads and campaign performance.
- Use digital marketing analytics to assess campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Ensure that all digital communications are consistent with the Company's corporate identity and brand standards.
Brand Management and Corporate Communications
- Support the development and consistent implementation of the Company's brand identity.
- Prepare marketing materials, presentations, brochures, corporate profiles and promotional content.
- Ensure consistency in the Company's messaging across marketing and communication channels.
- Support corporate events, stakeholder engagements, exhibitions and industry events.
- Coordinate with external vendors, designers, media agencies and other marketing service providers where required.
Campaign and Event Management
- Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, promotional activities and corporate events.
- Support participation in industry conferences, exhibitions, trade fairs and stakeholder events.
- Coordinate logistics and promotional materials for marketing events.
- Evaluate the effectiveness and return on investment of campaigns and events.
Reporting and Performance Monitoring
- Track and report on marketing activities, campaigns, leads and customer engagement.
- Prepare periodic marketing performance reports for Management.
- Monitor key marketing performance indicators and identify areas requiring improvement.
- Provide recommendations based on marketing data, customer feedback and market trends.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Commercial, Business Development, Operations, Finance, HR and other departments to support business objectives.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop accurate and commercially relevant communication materials.
- Support business development initiatives that enhance the Company's market presence and revenue potential.

Experience
- Minimum of 2–4 years' relevant marketing experience.
- Experience in the energy, power, industrial, engineering or related sector will be an advantage.
- Demonstrable experience in digital marketing, social media management, content development and campaign execution.
- Experience in lead generation, customer engagement and market research.
- Experience supporting events, exhibitions and corporate marketing activities is desirable.
