    Customer Sales Associate (CSA)

    Reports To: Bakery Supervisor / Store Manager

    Job Summary

    • The Customer Sales Associate (Bakery) is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by assisting customers with bakery products, maintaining attractive product displays, ensuring product freshness, and supporting daily bakery operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Welcome and assist customers in selecting bakery products.
    • Maintain attractive and well-stocked bakery displays.
    • Monitor product freshness and remove expired or damaged items.
    • Ensure cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards.
    • Replenish stock and monitor inventory levels.
    • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
    • Promote bakery products and ongoing promotions.
    • Support the team in achieving sales targets.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of SSCE, OND, or equivalent qualification.
    • Previous retail or customer service experience is an added advantage.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
    • Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

    Talent Search Executive

    Reports To: Talent Acquisition Manager / Recruitment Lead

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Search Executive to identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates for various job openings.
    • The ideal candidate will leverage multiple sourcing channels, build talent pipelines, conduct initial candidate screening, and support the recruitment team in delivering high-quality hires within agreed timelines.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
    • Build and maintain a strong database of active and passive candidates.
    • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
    • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
    • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to meet recruitment targets.
    • Maintain accurate candidate records using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or recruitment database.
    • Prepare and post job advertisements across relevant platforms.
    • Build relationships with candidates and provide a positive recruitment experience.
    • Conduct market research and talent mapping for hard-to-fill positions.
    • Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
    • Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
    • Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and employment regulations.

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

    • Number of qualified candidates sourced.
    • Time-to-fill open positions.
    • Interview-to-hire ratio.
    • Candidate response and engagement rate.
    • Recruitment target achievement.
    • Hiring manager satisfaction.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
    • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or talent acquisition.
    • Experience using LinkedIn, Jobberman, MyJobMag, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms is an advantage.
    • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Good negotiation and relationship management skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment deadlines.
