    Human Resources Manager

    About the Role:

    • As our HR Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping our organizational culture, driving employee engagement, and ensuring HR operations run smoothly. From recruitment and onboarding to performance management and compliance, you'll be a strategic partner to leadership and a resource to employees.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes
    • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR support
    • Oversee performance reviews and development planning
    • Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll support
    • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
    • Develop and update HR policies and procedures
    • Support leadership with HR strategy, reporting, and workforce planning

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
    • 5+ years of progressive HR experience; 2+ years in a management role
    • Strong knowledge of HR laws, practices, and procedures
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

    Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (required)

    Certifications:

    • Professional HR certification is preferred (if available)

    Experience:

    • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience
    • At least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
    • Experience in handling HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, compliance, training, and performance management

    Knowledge & Skills:

    • Strong understanding of labor lawsHR compliance, and best practices
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
    • Strong leadership and team management abilities
