    Human Resources Manager

    Job Overview:

    • The Human Resource Manager oversees and manages all aspects of human resources practices and processes within the organization. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, compliance with labor laws, and overall workforce planning. The HR Manager ensures the organization’s human resources strategies align with business objectives while maintaining a positive work environment for employees.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Recruitment & Staffing:

    • Oversee the recruitment and hiring process, including creating job descriptions, posting job openings, conducting interviews, and selecting candidates.
    • Develop workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies to ensure the company has the right talent to meet organizational goals.

    Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution:

    • Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts professionally and effectively.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that encourages employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

    Performance Management:

    • Develop and implement performance evaluation systems and processes to assess employee performance.
    • Guide managers and employees on performance improvement plans, feedback, and career development.

    Training & Development:

    • Identify training needs and coordinate the development of training programs to enhance employee skills and professional growth.
    • Ensure ongoing development opportunities are available to employees to increase their competency and satisfaction.

    Compliance & Legal Requirements:

    • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations, including occupational health and safety standards.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR-related laws and best practices and ensure the organization’s HR policies are in line with these standards.

    HR Administration:

    • Maintain accurate HR records, including personnel files, attendance records, and performance appraisals.
    • Manage HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and ensure data integrity.

    Employee Engagement & Well-Being:

    • Develop initiatives that enhance employee engagement and promote a healthy work-life balance.
    • Manage wellness programs and initiatives aimed at improving employee health and productivity.

    Strategic HR Planning:

    • Partner with senior leadership to develop HR strategies that align with organizational goals and business objectives.
    • Analyze HR metrics and provide reports to senior management to support decision-making.

    Qualifications:

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required).

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
    • Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and training.

    Skills:

    • Strong understanding of HR policies, practices, and labor laws.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
    • Strong leadership abilities and a proven ability to manage teams and influence others.
    • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
    • Proficiency in HR software and HRIS systems.

    Certifications:

    • Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are preferred.
