Sales/Client Relations Officer (Female) at Starzij Realtors

Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, driven and customer focused sales/client Relations officer to join our growing team. If you are passionate about real estate, love meeting people  and can close deals with confidence, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and aftersales  followup.
• Schedule and conduct inspections
• Maintain accurate client records and manage CRM
• Liaise with landlords, developers and property owners
• Prepare offer letters, inspection forms,  and other documentation
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets 

Requirements

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident speaking with highnetworth clients
• A good understanding of Abuja real estate is an added advantage
• Ability to work under pressure and follow a structured sales process
• Previous sales experience (real estate or high ticket sales preferred)

Compensation

• Attractive commissions on closed deals
