The Optimal Bricks Sales Executive is responsible for managing and closing property sales while building strong client relationships. The role demands a deep understanding of the real estate market, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to meet sales targets efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Executive or similar role.
• Should have 5 years sales experience with proven records.
• Strong understanding of the real estate market and property selling processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of professionalism and client-oriented approach.
• Valid real estate license (if required by the state).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field is preferred.
