    Cafe & Bakery Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a skilled Café & Bakery Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain high-quality food and beverage standards.
    • The manager will supervise staff, coordinate café and bakery activities, and ensure smooth, profitable operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee daily café and bakery operations
    • Manage inventory and order supplies
    • Ensure proper food handling, hygiene, and safety
    • Work with bakers and baristas to maintain product quality
    • Provide excellent customer service and handle customer issues
    • Keep dining and service areas clean and organized
    • Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff
    • Monitor staff performance and encourage teamwork

    Bartender

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking an energetic and experienced Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, engaging with customers, and ensuring a clean and welcoming bar environment. You must have strong knowledge of local and international cocktails, be customer-service oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare and serve drinks, including cocktails, mocktails, beers, spirits, and soft drinks, according to standard recipes.
