What You'll Do
As a Human Resource Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development of HR strategy that aligns with the overall business goals. You will manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to screening applicants, ensuring we attract top talent. Your role will also involve monitoring the company's performance management policy, developing strategies to enhance employee engagement, assessing organisational capabilities, managing all employee-related issues while adhering to labour laws, and facilitating change and business improvement programs.
What You Bring
The ideal candidate for this Human Resource Manager position should have a first degree in Human Resources Management or any other business-related subject. Membership or certification from recognized professional bodies such as CIPM, CIPD, SHRM is mandatory. You should bring a minimum of 15 years work experience managing the Human Resources function of a reputable organization. A sound understanding of indigenous E&P business requirements is essential. Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals is required. Strong interpersonal skills including tact, diplomacy, persuasion, collaboration, negotiation and influencing are key to success in this role.
