The Customer Service / Relations Manager is responsible for overseeing the company’s customer service operations and building strong, long-term relationships with clients. The role ensures that customers receive exceptional service, feedback is effectively managed, and client satisfaction drives business growth.

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years experience in customer service, client relations, or account management.
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, polymer, or industrial sectors is preferred.
• Proven track record in improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Skills/ REQUIREMENTS 

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and customer service analytics tools.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Must not be more than 45 years of age at the time of application.
