    Customer Service Executive

    • Schedule appointments for property Inspections or sales consultations.
    • Present property details, pricing, and key selling points clearly.
    • Maintain consistent follow-up communication with prospects.
    • Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system.
    • Record call outcomes, notes, and follow-up actions.
    • Ensure database accuracy and segmentation.
    • Understand market trends to communicate effectively with clients.
    • Achieve monthly lead generation and appointment-setting goals.
    • Contribute to overall sales pipeline growth.
