Hotel Night Manager / Auditor at Bolton White Hotels & Apartments

Key Responsibilities
Night Operations Oversight:

• Manage the front desk and hotel operations during the night shift.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams.
• Handle late check-ins, early check-outs, and guest requests.

Guest Relations:

• Ensure a high level of customer service during night hours.
• Address guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor guest safety and security during overnight stays.

Financial & Audit Duties:

• Perform end-of-day financial reconciliation and reporting.
• Balance room charges, taxes, and other postings.
• Prepare daily revenue and occupancy reports.
• Ensure accuracy of cash, credit card, and folio balances.

Security and Safety Monitoring:

• Monitor surveillance systems and hotel premises.
• Respond to emergencies and follow proper incident reporting procedures.
• Coordinate night security checks with security personnel.

Reporting and Handover:

• Prepare shift reports and communicate key issues to morning management.
• Ensure a smooth handover between night and day teams.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a BSc Degree with 5 - 10 years experience.
