Waiter / Waitress at Bintoo Hotel Limited

Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to customers professionally
• Take customer food and drink orders accurately
• Serve food and beverages promptly
• Ensure tables are clean and properly arranged
• Provide menu information and recommendations to guests
• Handle customer complaints politely and professionally
• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant area
• Prepare bills and assist with payment processing when required
• Follow hotel service and hygiene standards

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE qualification
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Smart appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to stand for long hours
• Teamwork and multitasking ability
• Previous hospitality experience is an added advantage
