Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Human Resources to lead our HR department. 
• The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR initiatives that align with our business objectives, fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies to support business growth and employee development
• Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure exceptional HR services
• Foster a positive work culture, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to drive retention and satisfaction
• Manage talent acquisition, onboarding, and training programs
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies
• Conduct investigations, mediate conflicts, and resolve employee relations issues
• Analyze HR metrics and develop action plans for improvement
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement business strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in HR leadership roles
• Proven track record of developing and implementing HR initiatives that drive business results
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) preferred

Nice to Have:

• Experience with HRIS systems and analytics tools
• Knowledge of organizational development and design.
