Job Summary

• The Head of Corporate Services will lead the operational, financial, administrative, property and human resources functions that support the academic and pastoral activities of the school. Central to this role is a whole school focus with principal responsibility for school business services including; Finance, Facilities, Administration, Catering, Cleaning, IT Services and Human Resources.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field of study, but a degree in business administration, management, education administration, or a related field will be an advantage (Master’s degree preferred).
• At least 10 years of experience in Administration, with at least 5 years heading the administrative
• function in a corporate, structured organisational setting. Experience within an educational setting
• will be a distinct advantage.Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of educational regulations, policies, and procedures will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with financial management and budgeting processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
