Job Description

• We are recruiting a seasoned General Manager (GM) to oversee the operations of a leading Smart Card Manufacturing Company. The GM will drive strategic growth, ensure operational excellence, and maintain the highest standards in production, printing, and distribution while fostering customer satisfaction and profitability.
• As a key member of the management team, the GM will work closely with the Managing Director to shape business strategies, manage people and culture, and ensure compliance with industry and government regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and implement business strategy, planning, and operational systems.
• Oversee card production from design to final output, ensuring ISO-compliant quality control.
• Manage financial planning, budgeting, and cost control with the Finance team.
• Drive HR strategy, staff wellbeing, professional development, and performance culture.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, health and safety standards, and risk management systems.
• Build relationships with corporate clients, distributors, and government agencies.
• Represent the company at local and international industry events.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to grow revenue and expand market share.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Production Management, Printing Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years’ experience in large-scale manufacturing, preferably smart/digital printing.
• Proven expertise in operations management, strategic planning, and people leadership.
• Strong background in financial and business management.
• Ability to restructure and re-engineer processes for efficiency.
• Customer-centric mindset with high attention to quality and detail.

• Knowledge of design, printing, and production processes.

Compensation
N2,000,000 – N3,000,000 Net Monthly (depending on experience).
