Job Summary

• We seek a Fashion Sourcing Specialist to manage the procurement of materials, fabrics, accessories, and equipment for production.

Responsibilities

• Source high-quality materials aligning with the brand's vision and production needs
• Identify and evaluate suppliers, vendors, and manufacturers
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms for cost savings
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment
• Collaborate with production teams to forecast material requirements
• Develop and implement procurement strategies for cost optimisation
• Establish and maintain supplier relationships
• Ensure quality standards and compliance with ethical sourcing policies

Person Specification

• BSc/HND in Fashion & Clothing Designing, Procurement, Business Administration or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in procurement, preferably in fashion, textiles, or manufacturing
• Proven experience in vendor negotiation and supplier management
• Strong knowledge of quality control standards
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
