    Executive Chef

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff
    • Develop and implement menus that showcase creativity and innovation
    • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
    • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory control and cost proven experience as an Executive Chef in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment
    • Culinary degree or equivalent experience
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Creativity and innovation in menu development
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
