IT Support & System Officer at PDO Incorporated

Salary Range: ₦150,000 – ₦250,000/month

PDO Incorporated is seeking a structured and solutions-driven IT Support & Systems Officer to manage and optimize its growing technology infrastructure across real estate, agriculture, climate initiatives, and digital platforms.

This role goes beyond basic IT support. We require someone who understands systems, automation, and scalable tech deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage server environments (cloud/on-prem where applicable)
• Oversee business applications, user access, and system integrity
• Deploy and manage workflow automation tools
• Implement and optimize AI productivity tools across teams
• Manage ISP relationships, bandwidth monitoring, and network reliability
• Set up and manage soft telephony systems and call routing
• Support CRM, collaboration platforms, and internal tech tools
• Assist in tech product design, testing, and structured roll-out
• Maintain IT documentation, backups, and security protocols
• Provide structured troubleshooting and performance reporting

Candidate Profile

• 3–5 years experience in IT systems support or infrastructure management
• Strong knowledge of apps, server environments, and SaaS platforms
• Experience implementing workflow automation tools
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools and integrations
• Experience managing ISPs and internal network performance
• Soft telephony setup and system management experience
• Exposure to tech product design, testing, and deployment
• Strong documentation and problem-solving discipline
