Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the creation and management of content across all social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Ensure brand consistency by auditing all output to ensure the brand voice remains premium and trustworthy across all platforms.
• Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and promote property listings, tracking open & click-through rates.
• Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website visibility in search engines and drive organic traffic.
• Provide creative briefs that balance educational content with promotional content, oversee content calendar creation and execution.
• Work with the sales and listing team to align marketing strategies with sales goals and assist in creating sales collateral.
• Develop engaging video content, including virtual tours of properties and promotional videos to enhance customer engagement.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
• Foster interaction with potential clients through online communities, forums & customer feedback channels.

Professional Requirements

• Qualification: B.Sc. degree from a reputable Institution in Marketing/Communications or any relevant field. Professional certification in Digital marketing & Graphics will be an advantage.
• Minimum Experience: 5+ years of cognate experience in Digital marketing and graphics. Experience in Real Estate is a plus
