Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Associate to manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X and YouTube.

Key Goals

• Drive strong engagement on our posts
• Grow our social media followers across all platforms
• Increase website traffic from social media channels
• Boost candidate sign-ups through social media campaigns

Responsibilities

• Create and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, etc.) using design and AI tools
• Actively engage with relevant groups, communities, and pages
• Build relationships with HR leaders and executives
• Promote and sell our services through social media 
• Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries
• Develop content that resonates with both candidates and employers

What We are Looking For

• Strong understanding of social media trends and algorithms
• Creativity in content creation (graphics, short-form video, storytelling)
• Excellent communication and engagement skills
• Ability to think strategically and drive measurable results
• Experience engaging professional audiences (especially HR or recruitment) is a plus
