This integral role is key to driving the distribution strategy and managing relationships with our network of distributors. Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage effective distribution strategies that align with company goals and market demands.
Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with distributors to foster trust, loyalty, and long-term partnerships.
Monitor distributor performance metrics regularly, providing coaching and support to enhance their sales effectiveness and customer service quality.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure seamless product availability and delivery within the distribution network.
Identify opportunities for expanding distribution channels in existing and new markets by analysing sales trends and customer feedback.
Lead negotiations of distribution agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards.
Manage budgets related to distributor programs, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximise ROI.
Provide regular performance reports to senior management, outlining achievements, challenges, and actionable recommendations.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that could impact distribution operations.
