Sales Executive at Takeys Concept Limited

We are seeking experienced and result-driven Sales Executives with a strong background in the construction industry to join our growing team.

Location: 10 Westerner Industrial Ave, Isheri Oke, Ojodu Berger, Lagos, Nigeria.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction sector
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, architects, and project managers
• Promote and sell construction-related products/services
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• Minimum of HND/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 2–3 years proven sales experience in the construction industry
• Strong network within the construction sector (contractors, developers, procurement officers, etc.)
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in sales of Tiles is an added advantage.
• Proximity to Berger, Lagos is important
