Job Summary:

• The Digital Media Officer manages the company's digital media efforts, including social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube.
• This role is also responsible for creating and curating shareable content, determining which platform is best suited for each piece of content, building and managing social media profiles and presence, directing paid search and social campaigns and analyzing the performance of those campaigns, maintaining brand consistency across platforms, monitoring analytics, managing the digital budget, and fostering vendor relationships.

Core Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Management

• Develop and curate engaging, shareable content across various digital platforms (e.g.,
• Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube).
• Design creative assets for marketing proposals, brochures, business cards, and other branded materials.
• Scriptwriting and storyboarding for marketing campaigns and digital content.

Social Media Management

• Build, manage, and cultivate the company’s social media profiles and online presence.
• Engage with social audiences, nurturing relationships to foster brand loyalty and secure coverage for company initiatives.
• Stay informed of real-time trends and events, managing media exposure and damage control when necessary.
