Overview

• The Digital Marketer will be responsible for managing and growing the organization’s digital presence across social media and online platforms. This role focuses on creating engaging content, increasing audience reach, and ensuring timely responses to online queries. The Digital Marketer will also support referral relationship efforts when needed, providing coverage for assigned tasks to ensure continuity across the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Management – Monitor, manage, and grow all official social media pages by posting content consistently, engaging with followers, and tracking analytics.
• Content Creation & Design – Develop and design digital materials (flyers, banners, social posts, newsletters) that align with brand guidelines.
• Community Engagement – Respond promptly to online queries, comments, and messages to maintain trust and ensure a professional brand presence.
• Campaign Support – Collaborate with the marketing team to push campaigns, events, or program updates across digital platforms.
• Referral Support (Backup) – Provide limited support for referral engagement tasks such as outreach follow-ups, sharing updates with partners, or covering assigned site communication as needed and when needed.
• Analytics & Reporting – Track digital metrics (follower growth, engagement rates, ad performance) and prepare reports.
• Cross-Team Collaboration – Work closely with relationship managers and the marketing team to ensure unified messaging and brand consistency.
• Other Duties as Assigned – Support special projects or tasks as directed by the supervisor to adapt to evolving organizational needs.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X/Twitter).
• Strong graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar).
• Experience working with international clients or organization, like the U.S.
• Excellent written and spoken English with clear communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport across different professional groups.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
• Experience in digital marketing, community management, or related fields preferred.
