Job Summary

We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Deputy Finance Manager to support the Management in overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and driving sound financial management practices. The ideal candidate will assist in financial reporting, tax planning, budgeting, and supervising finance team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the management in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting
• Oversee tax planning, compliance, and statutory remittances
• Supervise and appraise finance team members
• Ensure accuracy in financial records and accounting processes
• Support internal and external audit processes
• Monitor cash flow and financial controls
• Provide financial insights to support management decision-making

Qualifications & Requirements

• BSc in Accounting, Finance, Banking, or Economics
• Final level of ICAN or ACCA
• Proficiency with SAGE accounting software
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant finance experience
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and tax regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
