    Customer Experience, Marketing & Administrative Personnel

    About the Role: 

    We are seeking a smart, creative, and self-driven Customer Experience, Marketing & Administrative Personnel to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will combine excellent administrative and communication skills with a flair for marketing — both physical and digital — to enhance our brand visibility and client engagement. 

    Key Responsibilities: 

    • Handle day-to-day administrative and customer service functions. 
    • Manage client inquiries, communications, and follow-ups professionally. 
    • Plan and execute basic marketing campaigns (online and offline) to promote Kodex Africa’s initiatives and programs. 
    • Create and share engaging content on social media and other digital platforms. 
    • Support in organizing events, outreach programs, and physical marketing activities. 
    • Prepare and manage documents using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.). 
    • Maintain accurate records, reports, and handle assigned tasks with minimal supervision. 

    Requirements: 

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools. 
    • Basic understanding of digital marketing (social media management, email marketing, or content creation). 
    • Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills. 
    • Creativity and ability to work independently
