Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Confirmation Operator / Order Fulfilment Operator to manage customer order verification, process orders accurately, and ensure seamless delivery logistics. The ideal candidate must be confident on the phone, organized, tech-savvy, and able to provide excellent customer support throughout the order cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Call customers to confirm new orders, verify details, and ensure order accuracy.
• Provide clear and polite communication using standard phone etiquette.
• Update customer records and order status on the CRM system.
• Prepare and package confirmed orders for dispatch.
• Coordinate with logistics companies and drop off orders for shipping or delivery processing.
• Track order progress and follow up with logistics where necessary.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of orders, confirmations, and dispatch records.
• Work proactively to ensure smooth order flow and timely fulfillment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, order processing, or related field (preferred).
• Strong communication skills and excellent phone etiquette.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and general computer use.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work with minimal supervision.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
• Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of logistics or delivery operations (an advantage).
