Dental Receptionist at Glisten Dental Clinic

About the Role

We are looking for a smart, well-spoken, and highly organised Dental Receptionist who will serve as the first point of contact for our patients and help convert inquiries into booked appointments.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to patients professionally
• Manage phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media inquiries
• Convert leads into booked appointments (VERY IMPORTANT)
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments efficiently
• Maintain accurate patient records and billing information
• Follow up with patients for treatments and reviews
• Ensure smooth communication between doctors and patients

Requirements

• Minimum of HND/BSc in any related field
• Prior experience in a dental/medical facility is an advantage
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Must be tech-savvy (WhatsApp, Google Calendar, basic CRM tools)
• Well-organised, proactive, and customer-focused.
