Compensation and Benefits Manager, Ibadan at Bizpoint Consult Limited

Tasks & Responsibilities 

• Budgeting: Preparing and managing budgets for compensation and benefits programs.
• Developing Compensation Programs: Creating and maintaining competitive compensation structures, including salaries, bonuses, and incentives.
• Salary Administration and Benefits Programs: Overseeing employee benefits such as health insurance, pension plans, overtime and others.
• Compliance: Ensuring all compensation and benefits programs comply with legal requirements and industry standards.
• Vendor Management: Negotiating with vendors and administrators to secure the best plans and rates for employee benefits.
• Employee Communication: Communicating with employees about their compensation and benefits, and addressing any concerns or questions.

• Applicants most be resident in Ibadan.
• Gross salary is not above NGN300k monthly.
