    Chief Operating Officer

    Job Summary: 

    • We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee the operational functions of our organization. The COO will work closely with the CEO to develop and execute strategies that drive growth, operational efficiency, and organizational excellence. This role is pivotal in ensuring that both day-to-day operations and administrative processes align with the company’s strategic goals while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.

    Key Responsibility/Technical Experience

    Key Responsibilities

    Operational Management:

    • Oversee day-to-day operations across the production and distribution chain.
    • Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
    • Develop and implement strategies to optimize production, logistics, and resource management.

    Strategic Leadership:

    • Collaborate with the CEO to set and drive organizational vision, operational strategy, and hiring needs.
    • Lead the development and execution of short and long-term operational strategies aligned with company goals.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational objectives are met.

    Team Leadership:

    • Lead and mentor managers and team leaders in the operations department to ensure high performance and alignment with company values.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration.

    Financial Oversight:

    • Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with financial goals.
    • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational improvements.

    Additional Duties:

    • Act as a representative of the company to external stakeholders, clients, and partners.
    • Build strong relationships with suppliers and distributors to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
    • Quickly identify and resolve operational challenges, mitigating risks to business continuity.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
    • Proven experience (3+ years) in a senior operational role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
    • Strong understanding of production processes.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial planning.
    • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.
    • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and engage teams.
    • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and overseeing complex projects.
    • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and best practices is a plus.
