RFQ Number: JSI-2026-03- Supply of Desktop Monitor at John Snow Inc - JSI

JSI is seeking a vendor to supply the listed IT items. Please provide a quote for the item listed below also specifying the brand of item used. Item must be brand new and must meet the required specification range listed below;

Documentation: Vendors are expected to submit the following 

• Price Quote- Prices should include delivery cost
• CAC
• Tax Identification Number (TIN)
• Vendors shall include a list of at least three (3) current references for which comparable work has been performed within the last two years. This list shall include the company name, contact person, address, telephone number, and email address.
• Quate for 3-5 different brands with same specification.

Requirement/Evaluation Criteria:

Bidders are expected to submit properly signed financial bids on the company's letterhead paper.

• Prices of items
• Samples of items
• Delivery period
• Validity of price quotation (should not be less than 90days)
• experience of similar goods to INGOs (three reference letter/, past contracts copy/Past Purchase Order)
• Warranty statement from the manufacturer 
• After-sales vendor support agreement. Please specify the duration of complimentary support you provide following installation.

Note:  The Financial bids must be in NGN 

Following the requirement of the Federal Government of Nigeria, JSI Research & Training Institute, Inc. (JSI) will deduct 2% withholding tax. 

• JSI reserves the right to reject any or all bids if they fail to meet the criteria or are submitted after the stipulated closing date.
• Only successful bidder(s) shall be notified and will be asked to sign a Local Purchase Order (Contract document) with JSI Research & Training Institute, Inc.

Note that any submission made after the stipulated date will not be considered.
