Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Elrehob Business Ventures

Role Overview:

As the COO, you will oversee the operational and administrative functions of Pinnacle Digital Resources, ensuring that all processes run seamlessly to achieve organisational objectives. The company being a startup, you are saddled with the responsibilities of innovatively ensuring the effective consolidation and successful optimization of the different department and processes in the enterprise.  You will work closely with the CEO and senior management to implement strategic initiatives and drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily operations, including finance, administration, HR, and marketing.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency.
• Oversee digital marketing strategies, website development, and content creation.
• Monitor organisational performance, analyze key data, and recommend improvements.
• Ensure adherence to the highest standards of ethical journalism and compliance with regulations.
• Drive employee engagement, audience satisfaction, and brand recognition.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Social Sciences or related fields (MBA is an advantage).
• 5–8 years of experience in business administration, management, or a related role.
• Proficiency in digital marketing, SEO, and analytics tools.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience in media is an advantage.
