Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) – Oil & Gas Industry at EBENCO Group

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives aligned with corporate growth objectives
• Drive sustainable revenue growth and market expansion
• Oversee business development, customer acquisition, and brand positioning strategies
• Build and manage high-performing commercial and marketing teams
• Develop strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Conduct market intelligence and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities
• Participate in strategic contract negotiations and executive client engagements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred)
• Minimum of 15 years’ progressive experience in marketing and revenue leadership roles
• At least 5 years at senior/executive leadership level
• Strong understanding of the Nigerian Oil & Gas value chain
• Proven success in driving revenue growth, brand scaling, and commercial strategy execution
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
