Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial management and strategy.
• The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our recycling operations, including financial planning, management, and reporting.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent leadership skills, and experience in the recycling industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Manage financial reporting, accounting, and compliance
• Oversee cash management, investments, and funding
• Develop and maintain relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions
• Collaborate with senior management to drive business decisions
• Ensure financial compliance with laws, regulations, and standards
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, and or Professional Certificates.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the recycling industry
• Proven track record of financial leadership and strategy
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, regulations, and standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think strategically and drive business growth
• Ability to integrate risks management assessment in the financial processes will be added advantage.
