Job Responsibilities

• Perform routine laboratory tests and procedures accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and process patient samples for analysis
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment
• Ensure proper documentation and record keeping of test results
• Maintain laboratory quality control and safety standards
• Assist in inventory management and reagent monitoring
• Support molecular and diagnostic testing activities where required
• Adhere to all laboratory policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field
• Previous laboratory experience is an advantage
• Knowledge of laboratory safety procedures and quality assurance practices
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
