Center Manager at Hospital Assist Nigeria

 A healthcare center with head quarter in Lagos, is recruiting professionals to fill the position of a Centre Manager. The ideal candidate should be skilled in management processes.

Job Location: Mowe (available accommodation)

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Operations Manager to improve processes in the center so as to increase sales and generate revenue
• Design and promote good customer management culture to encourage repeat patronage and referrals
• Implement organizational policies as approved by the management and ensure compliance on the part of staffs
• Ensure all staffs are punctual and perform optimally on all assigned duties
• Oversee the operations and business activities at the center and ensure seamless work process
• Elicit collaboration amongst all employees and departments in order to achieve work goals and overall business goals
• Work closely with the marketing team to expand our customer and maintain a competitive edge amid our competitors
• Prepare situation reports (SITREP) to be sent to the head office periodically.

Requirements

• Applicant should possess at least a BSC/HND in an applicable field.
• Previous Experience in Operations Management or a similar role within the healthcare sector will be a huge advantage.
• At least 2 years work experience in operations management or a similar role.
• Applicants should be resident in Mowe, Berger or its environs.
