Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Social Science, or a relevant field.
- Proven experience of 3-5years in human resources, career coaching, learning and development, preferably in a higher education setting.
- Strong knowledge of career development theories assessment tools, and job market trends
