    Business Development Executive (BDE) - Talent Outsourcing

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a smart, self-driven, and hardworking Business Development Executive to focus on selling Talent Outsourcing Services. This role is fully remote, requiring excellent communication and sales skills to drive business growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and engage potential clients for Talent Outsourcing Services.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business.
    • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
    • Prepare and deliver sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.
    • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
    • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies.

    Requirements

    • 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets in a remote setting.
    • Experience in HR outsourcing or talent acquisition is a plus.
