    School Operations & Admissions Coordinator

    Job Summary 

    • We are seeking to appoint a highly organised, mature, and polished professional to serve as School Operations & Admissions Coordinator.
    • This is a pivotal role for an individual who combines administrative excellence with strong interpersonal intelligence.
    • The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of the school office while serving as a key liaison between the school, parents, and prospective families—ensuring every interaction reflects the school’s high standards.
    • The School Operations & Admissions Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the seamless coordination of administrative systems, managing admissions processes with precision, and delivering a consistently professional and welcoming experience for all parents and visitors.

    Key Responsibilities
    Office Operations & Coordination:

    • Oversee the efficient day-to-day running of the administrative office
    • Ensure a polished and professional front-desk experience for all visitors
    • Coordinate administrative staff to maintain structured and efficient workflows
    • Maintain accurate, well-organised records and documentation systems

    Admissions & Parent Engagement:

    • Manage all admissions enquiries with professionalism and clarity
    • Guide prospective families through the admissions process with confidence
    • Maintain accurate admissions records and ensure timely follow-ups
    • Uphold a high standard of communication in all parent interactions.

    Administrative Support & School Coordination:

    • Support the planning and execution of school events and parent engagements
    • Ensure all communication reflects the school’s values and professional standards
    • Work closely with leadership to support smooth school operations.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Education Management, Business Administration or related field
    • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant post-NYSC experience managing administrative operations within a structured or international school environment.
    • Strong administrative, organisational and record-keeping skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital school management tools
    • Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism
    • Stable and consistent career history.
