We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand Manager for a real estate company.
The ideal candidate will oversee the creation, development, and execution of all media-related activities, ensuring high-quality content and effective communication strategies that align with our company's goals and values.
This role requires strong leadership, creativity, and strategic thinking to enhance our brand presence and support our marketing and sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of media professionals, including graphic designers, content creators, and social media managers.
Develop and implement media strategies that align with the company's objectives.
Ensure effective collaboration and communication within the team and with other departments.
Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content for various platforms, including social media, websites, newsletters, and print materials.
Ensure all content is consistent with the company’s brand voice, style, and messaging.
Develop and execute comprehensive media plans that support the company’s marketing and sales initiatives.
Analyze and report on media performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to keep the company’s media efforts current and effective.
Manage multiple media projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers as needed.
Maintain and enhance the company’s brand image through strategic media efforts including traditional media.
Ensure all media activities are aligned with the company’s branding guidelines and overall marketing strategy.
Work closely with the marketing, sales, and other departments to understand their needs and provide media support.
Present media plans and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
6 years and above experience in a senior role, preferably within the real estate industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in media production tools and software.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for media and content creation.
