E-commerce Fulfilment & Dispatch Officer at Kiyoko Foods Ltd

We are hiring an Order Fulfilment & POD Dispatch Officer to manage packaging and delivery coordination for confirmed online orders.

The role begins after orders have been confirmed by the customer support team. The officer will package products, coordinate dispatch riders, track deliveries, and manage Pay-On-Delivery (POD) reconciliation with logistics partners.

The ideal candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple daily orders while ensuring accurate delivery records.

• Receive confirmed orders from the customer support team.
• Package products according to brand standards.
• Label packages with correct customer details.
• Book deliveries with dispatch riders or logistics companies.
• Track deliveries and update order status (Dispatched / Delivered / Returned).
• Monitor Pay-On-Delivery payments from logistics partners.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatched and delivered orders in Google Sheets.
• Handle failed deliveries and returns.
• Monitor stock and report low inventory.
