The role is fully on-site and may be extended up to 24 months, subject to business needs and budget availability.
The successful candidate will support the organization’s policy research, stakeholder coordination, and operational activities across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor public policy and regulatory developments relevant to the organization’s operating environment.
Conduct research and analysis on policy trends and prepare concise reports or briefings for internal teams.
Draft summaries, briefing notes, and other materials that communicate policy developments clearly.
Support the coordination of responses to internal and external inquiries related to policy matters.
Provide administrative and operational support to the policy team, including documentation, reporting, and coordination activities.
Work collaboratively with multiple internal teams to ensure alignment on policy-related initiatives.
Support engagement with external stakeholders under the guidance of senior team members.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Public Policy, Law, Political Science, International Relations, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in policy, research, administration, operations, consulting, or related fields.
Bi-lingual proficiency in English and French (compulsory)
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to organize work effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to respond promptly to requests and manage competing priorities.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with guidance.
Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different teams and functions.
Interest in policy, governance, and innovation-related issues.
